@cinsdaily: everyone’s familiar with lanzhou noodles (which are sooo comforting in winter) but not many talk about Guilin noodles which have a distinct savoury & pickly taste. upon a bit of research, in China you would actually find this eaten with a small amount of gravy sauce made from pork & ox mixed into the noodles, then bone broth would be ladled in at the end as a satisfying hearty soup to finish 🍜 reminds me of all the bussing noodle soups in china, it’s pretty hard to find one that’s bad over there 🥹🇨🇳 #guilinnoodles #chinesenoodlesoup #sydneychineserestaurant #guilinfood #sydneyasianfood
