I want to create similar thing for company i work in, main goal is to automate most of the routine tasks and thing that take human time that could be done with ai, what actualy do i need to do for it to achive, i know how to create agents and workflows but i am struggling with the data, i have heared that i have to create seperate dupilicate datas for ai to access to and based on that do the work, so i am kinda lost and confused, so what could you recommend me to do. It would be very helpful

nice chart on paper but must lf the business hard to put on workflows. so much undocumented actions going on in reality. Unless team doing standart, easy tasks, you cant map compex teams unless you are domain expert on that area and spend 2 yeae within a team
