@amnestyuk: *Content warning: contains graphic scenes* Amnesty International has released a major report concluding the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) committed crimes against humanity and ethnic cleansing during its campaign to seize El Fasher in North Darfur state in Sudan. The report - City Under Siege, Children Under Fire: Rapid Support Forces' Crimes Against Humanity in North Darfur - documents how civilians in and around El Fasher were killed, injured, beaten, tortured and detained between early 2024 and October 2025 as the RSF fought the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and allied Joint Forces in a war that devastated North Darfur. We demand an immediate ceasefire in Sudan - and for the urgent deployment of an international force to protect civilians. The UK gov must end all arms transfers to parties of the conflict, including to the UAE.

thank you for including in the caption the fact the UK must stop selling arms to the uae and other parties immediately. The weapons exports licence clearly states we must suspend sales if we THINK they are being used in war crimes - we can see clear as day these uk made weapons are used to kill civilians, innocent men, women, and children en masse. we are complicit in these atrocities if we do not act.
