My friend told me she could tell by my face/appearance I was depressed (again) not bc I wasn't getting ready or dressed, but just my demeanor. She was concerned. I never had anyone tell me that before. Made me realize you don't always hide it like you think you do.

I have all of these and have had most since childhood. Everyone thought I was depressed and looking back I was but it shows very differently in children. I have terrible executive dysfunction too, and also no one talks about the physical soreness. I got diagnosed with pmdd too bc I almost 💀 due to estrogen drop. Mdd made it hard for me to get back up from that dramatic swing. I also have chronic anxiety and cptsd
