No, that was not fair. She should’ve been paid at least $500,000-$1 million

That would put her patients at risk as well, not just her. Her sleep and safety comes first, then her patients

People do not understand what all nurses do in one shift. It’s a very hard job. I am always physically and mentally exhausted after a 12hr shift!

She knew that if she had stayed longer it could have been bad as she knew she was too tired to stay! Koodos to that nurse. 🫶💖 she deserves more money!! Love that judge cause she was also for the patients. As the nurse was.

Yes, it was fair hospitals and other places are doing this and their endangering the patients and it should not be doing be going on. I’ve worked in the medical field there. They should not be doing this to the patients. I feel bad that they’re so understaffed and everything, but they have to think of the patient.

Fair would have been to grant her $1 million dollars. Baylor Hospital in Houston TX in case none of you noticed that.

$100,000 was not enough! What if a patient died in her 20th hour?! This liberal world is evil and makes no sense

I don't want anyone caring for me or my damn family that are overworked and underpaid. 16 hrs is redicoulous let alone 24

She should’ve got more because that woman took care of critical people who needed her help and I’m so glad that she won. She should’ve got 200,000.

The ruling was completely fair... No healthcare worker should EVER have to do a 24 hour shift... I did 16 hour shifts for 2 years & I can tell you 1st hand after a 16 hour shift you ARE VERY EXHAUSTED
