just cut small bits off wood, glue in the hole then tap the wood in. wait till glue hardens, trip off excess then frame is repaired👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Or you could do what tradesman have done for ever- stick a matchstick in the hole snap it off and screw your screw back in- you don’t need to take the hinge off.
