This dentist’s office is doing way too much. Instead of spending all that time recording the patient, calling the police, and arguing, they could have simply provided the documentation she requested and de-escalated the situation. Sometimes the easiest solution is the right one.

I’m a dental professional and it all boils down to what type documents she’s requesting. If she’s requesting a full outline of notes, x-rays, summery reports, we can’t do that right then and there
