even now by that logic you are a few cells. so quantity and complex of a living being determines it's rights? someone could use that to try and divide the population between the people of higher and lower iq. you see whatever way you'll try to turn this you'll always end up leaving a window open to assume that someone is superior than the other and therefore lead to discrimination.
