These are far to small to move enough air to make a difference. It's much more effective to open the doors to let the hot air out.

car window exhaust fans generally do not work well to actively cool a car. While they can technically move a small amount of air to help remove stale odors or smoke, their weak airflow cannot overcome the intense radiant heat generated inside a parked car. Most models on retail sites hold poor reviews and high return rates because they fail to match consumer cooling expectations.
