Do you ever give advice on how to let go of the anger and frustration? Today, I'm struggling and I don't like to feel angry. I don't wanna feel hate it does not serve me. I've been feeling that way for a couple of days. How do I let it go? It's been processed. I know, I am protected. factually, I know I'm protected, but I still can't stop the anger for some reason. I'm one of those people that is completely alone. There's no one to reach out or help catch the tears that keep falling from my eyes. I have nobody but random TikTok, videos and comment sections of people that are feeling the way that I'm feeling, but it's still not fair. I am so angry.
