Soo much sense is what he is saying. Yes we have a drainage problem. But the core issues for this high rate is due to the following 1. The rain over poored and would have still flood in certain areas even if we had all the drainage 2. Accra is a low land. Thus flooding will come 3. We have attitude problem as a people 4. We need good drainage and timely clearing of those drainage and also decongestion 5. To largely solve this taking into consideration all of this. We just have to relocate out capital city and build a new one. Simple.
