Stay where you’re at. You said only for another year then you will be buying a house. Moving costs you would save on and you have a nice back yard for your dog. Just my opinion

How much more expensive is the pink house? Is it worth trying to make it work there or is there a big difference in price because honestly if it’s a price thing and number one has your bathtub which you will miss in number two then go with number one, if you go with 2 just for the gym and the kitchen and you’re gonna put your personal touches on it anyway consider what you can’t change like the bathtub and the Price . So while choosing think about what you cannot change.

With apartments, you literally have neighbors all around you and on the other side of the walls. They can be noisy. So just keep that in mind.
