Cardio 45–60 minutes of LISS every day = around 2,100 calories/week. 2. Steps 15,000 steps every day = around 5,250 calories/week. 3. Weight Training Train hard 5–6 days per week. Burn calories, preserve muscle, and build the physique underneath the fat = around 1,800 calories/week. 4. Diet (The most important part.) Track everything. Stay in a calorie deficit. Hit your protein every day. That creates the rest of the deficit needed to accelerate fat loss. Put it all together and you’ve created the perfect environment for an aggressive cut. Stay consistent for 6 weeks and, if you execute it properly, you can lose around 10 kg while maintaining muscle. No guessing. No gimmicks. #motivation #transformation #GymTok #fatloss #fyp
