I'm not a clinician but I feel I should mention: a CPAP shouldn't be a long term fix. Consider going to a Myofunctional provider to address the biomechanical dysfunction of the upper airway. Forcing air into your body is a supplement; a better long term option is repatterning respiratory function. That does translate to daytime respiratory improvements as well. Just a consideration- not saying using CPAP is wrong.
