Think it depends on the type of screen time. My 2.5 yr old daughter watched Ms Rachel and the wiggles with us reenforcing what Ms Rachel taught and she’s INSANELY smart for her age. They moved her up to the 3-4 preschool class because of it. But there is 1000% brain rot programming and you can tell those kids for sure!

My kids only got their tablets in the car or to play educational games lol, after a while they didn’t even want them, never restaurants. They did watch tv but again only educational. They’re smart AF

My daughter had screen time and won every spelling bee for yrs also went state. It’s because at 3 I had them reading flash cards and spelling the words out 5x each I wasn’t going to be that parent that my kids didn’t know how to spell like my mother did to me
