@mrrr.leflore: We’ve all heard the quote, Some people are meant for a season, some are meant for a reason. The older I get, the more I realize how true that is. Not everyone is meant to stay, and that’s okay. Learning to practice nonattachment, prayer, and discernment has become just as important as any lesson I could teach. Protecting your peace sometimes means letting go of what no longer aligns with who you’re becoming. As an educator, I care deeply about academic growth, but I also believe education goes far beyond the classroom. Knowledge isn’t just math, science, or what’s found in a textbook. It’s learning how to care for your mind, strengthen your spirit, and choose the people and environments that help you grow.
