I've been doing this I show up on time, and ask where everyone is and then they all hit me with the "ready just gotta "insert task I could have done prior to the start time" and I'll be there." Taking between 30min - 2hrs. So I'll leave and do something else while I wait and then they'll ping me being like "Where are you ?!" and when I tell them I was waiting on them to actually be there while doing my own thing they'll be like "YoUrE tHe lAst OnE hErE, wEre wAiTinG oN yOu"
