Mix flour, fenugreek leaves, spices, and salt.  2. Add water to make soft dough.  3. Rest dough for 10 minutes.  4. Roll into parathas.  5. Cook on hot tawa with oil or ghee.  6. Serve warm. 5️⃣ Lachha Paratha Ingredients  • 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour  • ½ tsp Salt  • 2 tbsp Oil (for dough)  • Ghee (for layering)  • Water as needed Instructions  1. Knead flour, salt, oil, and water into dough.  2. Roll dough thin, spread ghee, and sprinkle flour.  3. Fold into pleats and roll into a coil.  4. Roll gently into paratha.  5. Cook with ghee on tawa until flaky.  6. Serve hot. 6️⃣ Mooli Paratha Ingredients  • 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour  • 1½ cups Grated Radish (squeezed)  • 1 Green Chili (chopped)  • ½ tsp Carom Seeds  • Salt to taste Instructions  1. Mix grated radish, chili, carom seeds, and salt.  2. Knead mixture with flour into soft dough.  3. Rest dough for 10 minutes.  4. Roll gently into parathas.  5. Cook on hot tawa with ghee.  6. Serve hot with curd or pickle.
