probably because profound autism can make a person completely unable to care for themselves and may even be a danger to others while I'm not even sure profound ADHD is a thing

The way I just tell people that I'm neurodivergent without specifying now because if I tell anyone I have ADHD they just assume I'm loud and annoying sometimes and don't pay attention to anything, without taking even a second to actually focus on the symptoms that I am struggling with

I know that it's different for everyone, but as someone who has both, it's ironicly exactly like this for me. Autism is hell while adhd bearly has an impact on me. I sadly can't participate in this conversation because I'm a goddamn cliché and I don't wont to let them win.💔
