More serious than teens and 20 year olds since I been training straight for 47 years (62 yr old). 75% of teens and 20 year olds aren't training after 30 due to JOBS and responsibilty to family. NEVER used cuffs for biceps, or triceps. Do have straps that I just slide my hands into that are looped.

cable should b a bit lower for ROM and u should b gripping the excess strap in ur fist or a bluetooth d handle because neutons law of irradiation

you raise your shoulder. Shoulder should be down and stationary throught movement. If not then weight is too heave for you.
