This is why I don’t fix or question things. My boss thinks it takes me 6hrs to update a single excel report. I do it in 20min. Yes, I block my calendar for 6hrs. Can he do it? No. That’s my why.

I share 95% of my knowledge, but there's definitely 5% of vital info & processes that no one but me knows how to do. Some stuff they don't even know exists, but if they fire me, systems will definitely start breaking and they won't know why. That part doesn't keep me employed, but it will make me feel good if I get fired 😁
