@catekittlitz: From dawn to dusk: a couple’s guide to a winter day in Banff. we began the morning slowly, heading out on the Banff Scenic Insta Tour - a private wander to some of the park’s most beautiful viewpoints. Less about rushing between photo spots and more about being able to take in the views comfortably without having to keep our eyes on the road. It’s also an opportunity to learn about the land itself: the mountains, the wildlife, the way this place has been shaped over time. One of our favourite ways to see Banff, especially in winter. by afternoon, we drifted into town. We were there for Skijoring - a thrilling blend of horses, skis, speed, and prairie-meets-mountain tradition - but Banff is just as alive when the event isn’t on. Shops buzzing, snow underfoot, ice sculptures to admire throughout February. The town invites you to celebrate winter! as the sun dipped behind the Rockies, we leaned into après. Firelight flickering, hot chocolate from the Sugar Shack warming our hands, and ice skating beneath romantic, twinkling lights on the patio (open until February 8!) It’s the kind of evening that makes winter feel warm and the nights feel longer dinner followed at : fondue by the fire, alpine comfort food, and the sort of atmosphere that welcomes you to stay awhile. and then, tucked back into the castle at to end the night in indulgent comfort and peace. if you had one winter day in Banff, how would you spend it? ad #fairmonthotels #banffsprings #adventurehere #makespecialhappen #couplestravel travel guide to banff, couples winter travel guide, apres ski outfits, skijor style
