@leelee1977leo: I am not your typical health coach 😄 We don’t just focus on the right food or the right form in the gym. We train something deeper. Because when the real you starts coming out, not everyone will be comfortable..and that’s okay. And yes you will start to feel a weird different shift and this is when we really lean in. We don’t train and change to fit in… We train and change and you develop the confidence to become the woman you were meant to be. Side note - When people say “I need to lose weight, I need to change my health,”they think it’s just physical. But it’s not. It starts on the inside…your habits, your mindset, your confidence, your identity. And if that doesn’t change, the results won’t last. You know when someone has done the deep inside work the change sticks and you wonder how it has for them and not for you.
