Well crap, why did I go through that then? The report said mild non-obstructive heart disease. How did they know that if they can't see the soft plaque? 😬

Is there any way to remove soft plaque as a young adult? Statins calcify it to prevent heart attacks, but is there a way to reduce plaque burden and then introduce a statin to prevent further deposition?

It's very expensive but had it twice bc I had MI each time. Had a statin for 8 yrs bf the second. It's the gold standard.

Wild that we have all this technology and advanced tools but are still unable to see life altering advancements when it comes to seeing plaques in the arteries.
