I live in the area kinda like 2 towns over however I know I’ve seen that creepy old man and woman several times. They are extremely dirty and smell everytime Ive seen them. Never seen one child in public anyways. They are disgusting and this just devastates my heart. As a local omg if I would’ve known I would’ve saved every child period.
