@thenewbuildshow: We bumped into Millie at a Mulberry Homes development in Whissendine, Rutland, and she ended up giving us a tour of her recently purchased five-bedroom home. What sold her on the move? The open green space surrounding the development, the quieter village setting, and a layout designed around everyday living. Highlights include a dedicated home office, a spacious open-plan kitchen and family room with a central island, separate utility room, formal lounge, and five well-proportioned bedrooms. With just 51 homes on the development, the setting feels peaceful and spacious, while nearby market towns keep everything within easy reach. Would this convince you to make the move?
