There is no sign, no instructions how can a driver know what’s the right rule for that road. You guys fine people for speeding, what’s the right speed limit? Every road has their own speed limit? Every traffic police makes their own speed limit and fine innocent citizens. We all want to have good road system, bring that before you fine people.
