The Nordic countries are really capitalistic nations with massive taxes. That is all. China has four times the population of the US, but cannot match the GDP of the US even with that number. The population of the other four countries (North Korea, Laos, Vietnam, and Cuba) isn't even half of the population of the US (less than 50% actually) and their COMBINED GDP is estimated at $681 billion total...The US spends more than that just on National Defense. And even if you combimed the entire lists GDP, to include China, the US still outpaces it by $11 TRILLION annually. There is zero comparison, socialism cannot compete.
