Can I add 1 more thing? At the root of everything is how you feel about yourself. Start every day with treating yourself like royalty - cleanliness, feeling put together, making a nice homemade breakfast etc etc and most importantly - keeping how you talk to yourself in check.

I always thought a degree was a stupid piece of paper. I hit a wall in my career where I couldn’t go any higher without a bachelors degree I started school. Took me eight years to get my bachelors degree while working full-time I graduated at 48 that stupid piece of paper changed something internally, it changed how I viewed myself and what I was capable of try doing the things that scare you even if you don’t know why you’re called to do it.

Not having kids is also very useful. You have freedom to try things without the burden of caring for someone else. It can be a real hand break that you don’t need when you’re still striving.
