Animal Style Cheeseburger Sliders These cheesy sliders are layered with seasoned beef, caramelized onions, and a creamy burger dressing. Perfect for game day or an easy weeknight dinner! Ingredients 1 (12-count) package King’s Hawaiian rolls 10 slices Colby Jack cheese (about 1 package) 1 lb ground beef Burger seasoning, to taste All-purpose seasoning, to taste For the Burger Dressing: ½ cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp ketchup 1 tsp yellow mustard 1–2 tbsp pickle juice For the Caramelized Onions: 2 tbsp butter 2 onions, chopped 1 spoonful of sugar, about 1.5 tsp For the Topping: 2 tbsp butter, melted Sesame seeds, to taste Instructions 1. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat to medium-low, sprinkle in the sugar, and cook for another 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft and golden brown. If the onions begin sticking or browning too quickly, reduce the heat and add a splash of water. 2. Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. In a separate skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart, until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease and season with burger seasoning and all-purpose seasoning to taste. 3. In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice until smooth. 4. Slice slider rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in the prepared dish. Layer with 5 slices of cheese, the ground beef, caramelized onions, burger dressing, and the remaining 5 slices of cheese. 5. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling. Brush with the melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. 6. Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden. Check after 10 minutes and loosely tent with foil if the rolls are browning too quickly. 7. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm. #EasyRecipes #DinnerIdeas #easydinner #quickrecipes #sliders
