@cooking_with_fire: Fired up the new @Oklahoma Joe’s Laredo Series 1100 Offset Smoker and smoked these hickory beef ribs low and slow until they were fall-apart tender. The combination of charcoal heat and hickory smoke gave these ribs some incredible flavor. One thing I really like about the Laredo is how easy it is to manage the cook while still getting that authentic live-fire flavor.
