I'm ABC and stopped going to Chinese School after 3rd grade. but I've been watching a lot of C Dramas with only the Chinese subtitles. I can now read at the level of a seven year old! (j/k, but my reading HAS improved, just from this!) I'm 54 now, btw

I only had up to 3rd grade elementary school of Chinese language education. I'm constantly shocked at how much I remembered. it made reading signs in Japan a little easier
