Do you only have one capsule day because on another post it mentions having 1500 mg a day? Where is the capsules are only 500 g? What do you suggest? Also the cost would be ridiculous if you were having three a day when you only get 30 capsules in a tub😫

Im the same has gastric bypass and tablets are difficult as unsure if I can absorb them fully. Is it available in any other way, like a powder, or Brady mist or gel etc

Id be interested in this but not sure if it would work on me as ive had three stomach surgery's and had to have some removed so my body doesnt absorp some supplements.If I was to try it Natalie how long does it take to notice results x

You cannot take this if you have cancer. My husband has been by his oncologist told to stop taking it as it accelerates tumor growth.
