This is a horrible and cruel disease. People need to understand getting old and getting this disease are 2 completely different things . My mom has it , 12 years now and the things she does and says are hard to deal with at times and sad . I dnt wish it on anyone. ❤️🩹🙏🏼I grew up watching Danny Glover ❤️.

My father had dementia. It’s hard watching them forget. They get angry, they are funny, they are living . Just depends on the day and moment. My advance please be patient and kind. Nothing that happens in the moment is no bodies fault but what dementia or Alzheimer’s does to the person mind

There’s no stigma around Alzheimer’s. If anything, people are very understanding and sympathetic towards people who have it.
