I think everyone with CPTSD has the tragic flaw of protecting ourselves by denying ourselves love. It can be overcome but I mention it b/c it’s not something most are proud of, but it hides behind pride, and is compulsory, definitive, and tragic. Maybe a cousin to a classic hamartia
