My daughter suffer of jaw pain headache block ear and clenched jaw even she sleep with mouth guard.. ibuprofen no help, she has 1 cm shorter leg with foot a bit turned inward..posture like in this pic..what she has to do to fix jaw pain and posture? yoga pilates?

I have posterior tongue tie at the back of my tongue when I didn't get to fully develop as a baby and usually when u are fully developed as a baby basically perfect health ur tongue tie won't be as bad and normal without any issues and located at the top of the tongue. I'm going to do frectonomy surgery on it to remove it as its causing some issues.
