@_khayj: I don’t know what I did in my past life to meet such amazing people who have been helping me through one of the scariest moments in my life🥹 When my disc first ruptured, I was terrified. I couldn’t sit up, I couldn’t stand and everytime I moved I felt an excruciating amount of pain in my back. I couldn’t communicate with the people around me and my mind went blank. The only person I knew in Xi’An was in a different city, so she called her friend to come and help me. Lisa had never met me before, but she and her husband went with me in the ambulance, they stayed with me in the ER and made sure I arrived back at my apartment safe and sound. They spent hours with me, making sure I’m okay and that I got all the information I needed from the doctors.
