DO NOT trade it in !!!!!! EX MB employee here !!! Keep taking it in. It’s under warranty. Demand a loaner vehicle of similar caliber. Request lemon law information and next steps. Trading it in will just give the problem to someone else verses getting the company to take it back and send a new one out

Hi 🙋🏼‍♀️I just completed lemon law on my 2024 Tahoe. It had electrical issues that they couldn’t fix. By law, if your vehicle has been to the dealer more that 3 times for the same problem they legally have to oblige. It took a whole 12 weeks from start to finish with GM. They paid me back ALL my money, including the registration etc. Mercedes might be different but maybe reach out and atleast try girl! Reach out to Mercedes directly, it only takes long if you hire a lawyer.
