I have had a lot of loss in my life lost my Husband when he was 27, me 28, we were childhood sweethearts from 17. I also lost my Mum two years later then my best friend to Cancer two years after that when she was 45, me 31. I know that we all must cope with grief but I definitely struggle to open myself to others now as I fear the loss so much. I hope you navigate it well as loving another despite fear of loss is growth. 🥰🥰🥰

This hits home on so many levels. I often describe myself as a 'backpacker of life; meaning I’ve been through a lot.
