It’s not about being perfect in all areas. We’re human and we’re living… we need to experience things and relax a little too. It’s really rare that someone never touches junk food or never drinks or never skips a workout or never has a lazy day. It’s just human ya feel. Balance is key but if I’m honest.. sometimes I think the word “balance” can undercut the sacrifice that does come with becoming the person you want to be. You’re still going to have to choose your hard. You’re still going to have to say no sometimes, show up when you don’t feel like it and make choices that aren’t always the easiest ones. I find a 70/30 split is the sweet spot. Be disciplined more often than you’re not but leave some room to actually live your life too. The goal never been perfection.
