Save this for runway-ready legs ✨ I’ve been teaching Pilates and training runway models for over 20 years, and this is one of my favourite lower body Pilates flows for creating long, lean legs and sculpted glutes. Using a Swiss ball (or a foam roller if that’s what you have at home) shifts the focus into the glutes and hamstrings while keeping unnecessary load off the quads. Keep your ribs gently connected, draw your pubic bone softly towards your belly button, and press evenly through both feet to keep the glutes working.
