@haniyahzuleiaa: The fight is literally not over yet. A lot of people think the Supreme Court just settled the birthright citizenship debate once and for all. It didn't. The Court ruled on the scope of nationwide injunctions blocking President Trump's executive order while the broader constitutional challenge continues to move through the courts. So before you pick a side, it's worth understanding: • What birthright citizenship actually is. • Why it's suddenly being debated. • What the 14th Amendment says. • Why an 1898 Supreme Court case still matters today. • And why Justice Clarence Thomas's view of the Constitution is at the center of this conversation. Whether you agree with President Trump or not, this debate is about more than immigration—it's about how we interpret the Constitution and who gets to decide what it means. Save this for the next time someone says, "They can just end birthright citizenship." What do you think—should birthright citizenship remain exactly as it has been interpreted for more than a century? 👇

I feel that when it comes to the amendments, the history behind why they were implemented and the intention of who it’s meant to protect are important. The context you provided gave a clearer view to me on the true threats that are happening. It feels like Trump is consistently trying to poke at our government and see how far he can go
