so apart from attitude I also think the government should place a regulation that puts all producers of plastic be it sachet water or anything...should be able to build plants that recycle whatever they put into the environment for consumption. so let's say if you produce 100plastic bottles water into the system you should have a plant that recycles a quantity of 100bottles that comes back if not you should shut down
