Tbh, well it shouldn’t be a matter of whether they should or should not endure. Its circumstantially dependent. Maybe in a different time, humanity are unfit to that specific environment, thus there’s no point in saving them or making them endure.

it’s inevitable that artificial cognition will(and already is) “eat” human cognition. agents are already taking work away(at a limited scale) human tasks away from humans. on biology — 100 years out i don’t see why we would need our clunky old primate bodies to do stuff when most of the things we(?) do will be through agents and not humans
