은/는 if for someone doing something and is like a real main character. 이/가 is if someone is doing something and is not a big focus on OR if something is something: subject(명사) 이/가 adjective(상태동사). Ex: this flower IS white=이 꽃이 하얀색이다. But verbs like 오다, 나오다 you also use 이/가 berfore it (cause its special verb). The particle 을/를 is when something (이/가, 은/는) is doing something with something. Ex: I cut hair=머리를 잘라요. I am cutting the hair, not the hair is something. Hope this helps🫶🫶

1: 은/는 are called Topic particle. we use it with subject when we introduce a topic (eg. weather, food etc) 2. 이/가 are called subject particle. These are used with the subject of the sentences. 3. 을/를 are called object markers/particles. These are used with the object of the sentences.
