I face the same condition 2,3 years ago in summers specially. I can totally relate with you even my hair texture was same .I think you have a low porosity hair .Stop using any kind of heavy oils specially on scalp .Keep the scalp clean as much as possible like clarifying shampoo once a week and wash your hair with just one day gap.The pro tip is keep your scalp oil and sweat free .Improve your diet and must add seeds like pumpkin seeds .
