My migraines & insomnia went away the whole time I was pregnant & breastfeeding. They both came back as soon as I got my periods back. I don’t recommend this method though 🤣

I have the daith and it doesn’t work. I also got a tattoo at the same time I had a migraine once. It wasn’t the best idea but I was focusing on the tattoo and not my head so maybe it was working? 🤷🏻♀️😂

The hair pulling really does help but it doesn’t make it go away permanently..only when the hair is being pulled..it feels soooo good though

I have to vomit every time I have a migraine then sleep for about 3-4 hrs in a dark room. Its the only way I feel better 🤢

The daith piercing is fantastic for migraines but only if your piercer takes the time to find your pressure point in your ear

I have the daith piercing and it doesn’t help. Botox in my hairline works great because u can’t tense up as much so Tylenol will help them.

Peppermint oil on your forehead and back of neck. I do it when I feel it coming on. 95% of the time it works

Brainfreeze and The Closet (my husband set up a nest of squishmellows, noise cancelling headphones, sunglasses, zofran & a mini fridge with ice packs & ginger ale in our closet for me).

The magnesium helps, it also helps with muscle cramps/pain AND sleep. But get the glycinate not citrate unless you also want to poop yourself🤣

It’s so frustrating bc every test says I’m healthy. No doc can find a reason or cure. Botox helps but doesn’t fully remove them. I’ve had multiple strokes. I’m 24.
