@clvveraven: [#OneDay] I just rewatched this movie, and it never fails to make me cry, it is so good! If you’ve watched Love, Rosie, you’ve probably watched this one too. The difference is that in this movie, the female lead already liked her best friend even before they actually talked to each other, and she was honest about her feelings right from the start. Her feelings never change, and she can never truly love anyone else but him. Emma is incredibly patient in waiting for Dexter. It feels so unfair to Emma; she waited for so long just to be with him, only to be taken away after just three years together 😭. It's absolutely heartbreaking. But in a way, this feels like a punishment for Dexter for taking too long to realize his own feelings and he was such a confused guy 😭. Ultimately, though, it’s deeply tragic for both of them. The plot is beautifully written and well-structured. The date timestamps on screen are a great touch, so the timeline never gets confusing. Plus, the cinematography is stunning!
