I am often shocked at how little effort recruiters put into finding top talent at big organizations. Companies should provide referral bonuses to existing employees to incentivize them to refer top talent in their network . I have personally earned thousands of dollars in bonuses throughout my career because I was able to refer amazing candidates. My bosses always say that I am better at recruiting than the recruiting HR team themselves 🤣
