You have to remember, there’s no such thing as spot reduction. Exercises like those will not flatten your tummy. Most of your fat loss will come from the kitchen. If you want to strengthen your core, grab a kettlebell and try these exercises: 1️⃣The Halo The kettlebell is trying to pull you in each direction it’s going and your core is working like crazy to keep your spine neutral. You’re working your core in four dimensions. 2️⃣Around the World When you’re swinging the kettlebell around your body, it’s trying to swing you out of position, so your feet are having to grab the ground. Your obliques and your abs are working hard so the kettlebell doesn’t pull you out of position. 3️⃣Single-Arm Oblique Swing By narrowing your stance and swinging vigorously at an oblique angle like that, you’re working your obliques a ton because the kettlebell is trying to pull you out of position. Core work is designed to get you strong through your core to stabilize the spine. Belly fat will not spot reduce, that comes from the kitchen.
